Autodealaz.ng (the "Website") is an automobile online marketplace website operated by KAYKAY GLOBAL ENTERPRISE® and its affiliates (referred to as “Autodealaz” or “we”). Content is uploaded by Autodealaz® and other users of the Website.

The ability of the users to sell automobiles; The ability of buyers to pay for automobiles; or that users will complete a transaction. Autodealaz® disclaims any liability in connection to automobiles posted by users on the platform.
Autodealaz® encourages buyers to check the goods before payment and to request the seller to provide documents confirming compliance of the automobile with applicable requirements of laws, regulations, rules, guidelines, and standards.
You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your safety and understand that you should meet with other individuals for the completion of a transaction only in safe places in daylight hours. Autodealaz® disclaims any responsibility for the user’s interaction with any individual or organization.
It is forbidden to post any Content that violates any international, federal, national, local copyright, patent, trademark, or other intellectual property laws applicable in Nigeria. Autodealaz® is not responsible for any Content submitted by a user that infringes another’s proprietary rights.

The seat of arbitration shall be the Nigerian Appeal Court. The arbitration shall be conducted in the English language. The arbitration award shall be final and binding on the parties. The arbitral tribunal may award reasonable attorneys’ fees and the cost of the arbitration to the prevailing party.
Judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered by any court having jurisdiction thereof or having jurisdiction over the relevant party or its assets.
